George Brecher Bio

George Brecher

During his 39 years of experience in Workers' Compensation Law, Mr. Brecher has been instrumental in developing and changing law. He is a past president, and presently a Director, of the New York State Workers' Compensation Bar Association, a member of the New York County Lawyers Association and past chairman of the Workers' Compensation committee, a member of the Injured Workers Bar Association and on the Board of Directors of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America Workplace Litigation Group. He received the Chairman of the Workers' Compensation Board's award for excellence for the year 2000. A graduate of New York University in 1957, and Brooklyn Law School in 1960, he lectures extensively before unions and bar associations.
