Robert Saminsky

Mr. Saminsky is a former Criminal Litigation Attorney, who is currently active in our Workers' Compensation Department. Mr. Saminsky has been a partner since 1984. He received a B.B.A. from Hofstra University in 1969, his Masters of Science degree from CCNY in 1971 and his Law Degree from St. John's University Law School in 1975. He was a past member of the New York State Workers' Compensation Board Committee on Medical Authorizations. He has lectured at the Cornell School of Industrial Relations, the Suffolk County Bar Association Academy of Law and has given seminars for the New York State Chiropractic Society. Mr. Saminsky has participated as a lecturer for the Board of Regents Program on the Certification of Independent Medical Examinations. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Workers Compensation Bar Association and the Suffolk County Bar Association. He is listed in "Who's Who in American Law" and "Who's Who in Society."
