From Manhattan:
Take the 1-87N/MAJOR DEEGAN EXPRESSWAY toward ALBANY. Get off at Exit 4 (EAST 149th STREET) and continue going toward 145th STREET BRIDGE. Turn Right onto EUGENIO MARIA DE HOSTOS BLVD/E 149th STREET.

From the Bronx:
Take the BRONX RIVER PARKWAY SOUTH toward SOUND VIEW PARK. Get off at EXIT 5 (E 177th ST.) going towards the I-895 S/SHERIDAN EXPRESSWAY/TRIBORO BR. The SHERIDAN EXPRESSWAY/I-895 becomes the BRUCKNER EXPRESSWAY/I-278W. Merge onto the I-87 N/MAJOR DEEGAN EXPRESSWAY via Exit 47 toward THIRD AVE BR/ALBANY. Get off at Exit 4 (145th ST BRIDGE) Turn Right onto EUGENIO MARIA DE HOSTOS BLVD/E 149th STREET.

From White Plains:
Take the I-287 W/CROSS WESTCHESTER EXPRESSWAY to the I-87S via the exit - on the left - toward NEW YORK (Portions toll). Get off at Exit 6 (E153 ST/RIVER AVE). Turn Slight Left to take the ramp toward BRONX TERMINAL MARKET. Stay straight to go onto EXTERIOR ST. Turn Left onto E. 149th STREET.

By Train
Take the number 5 Train to 3rd AVE./149th STREET. Walk approximately 1/2 a block to the office.
